Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in Electricity Prices - Widget (the “App”).

We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Applications

We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in the App, other than the limited diagnostic information described in “Error Reporting and Diagnostics” below.

Individual settings relating to the App are not personal and are stored only on your device(s).

App Analytics

To help us better understand how people use our apps and to continue improving them, we use aggregated usage and transaction statistics provided by App Store Connect. Apple only shares this data with us if you have opted in to sharing diagnostics and usage information with app developers in your device’s privacy settings. The data we receive is aggregated across users and does not include information that directly identifies you.

Error Reporting and Diagnostics

To detect and fix bugs and crashes, the App sends diagnostic information to Sentry, a third-party error reporting and performance monitoring service provided by Functional Software, Inc. This information is used solely to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the App.

The data sent to Sentry is limited to error events, crash reports and diagnostic log messages generated by the App, performance traces describing how long operations take, the App version and build number, the device model and operating system version, and a randomly generated installation identifier used to group events from the same install. No name, email address, account information, precise location, or price-query content is sent to Sentry.

Data held by Sentry is subject to Sentry’s Privacy Policy.
